Me and my friend would like to start a mobile hair, beauty and photography business together?

Yeah i think you would need a license cause you might get in a bundle of trouble if you need one and you don't have one.

The same work see how many people who are mobile hair dressersyou dont need licence only portfolio and recomendation letters from the source ie your partner must have trained somewhere get her to see how many people who are mobile hair dressersyou dont need licence.
